PAYMENT & DELIVERY
All payments are made securely via PayPal. A small business fee of .60 cents will be applied per order as PayPal charges per transaction. All orders are handmade and will be dispatched withing five business days and sent second class unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Please allow a minimum of three days for your order to arrive from dispatch. If your order has not arrived within this time frame please do not hesitate to contact us and we will me bore than happy to assist you =) .
* We are NOT responsible for lost packages once USPS states that your package has been delivered.
* If there is no movement of your package once you have received your tracking number, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
RETURN POLICY
* NO REFUNDS (on Newborn Hats)
Due to the delicate nature of the newborn hats, there will NO refunds on hats.
* If any items arrive at their destination damaged, exchanges are permitted.
* All other items qualify for a refund as long as the item has NOT been worn. ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED THOROUGHLY. If we feel the item has been worn, there will be NO REFUND.
